Le Palace is a tastefully decorated, modern studio which provides guests with a great alternative to a hotel room. Le Palace has a small kitchen and dining area, a washing machine is also provided.  There is good storage in the entrance hall and a modern bathroom with shower and bath.  The large sunny terrace benefits from views of the hills over Nice.  Le Palace is air conditioned and has a high-speed Fibre optic broadband wifi internet service, which  is free for guests. There is also Orange internet TV, which provides limited English TV channels, such as Sky News and BBC World News.  Le Palace is located on the 6th floor with lift and stair access.

Plenty of books, guides and local maps are provided.
